HANDS ON/MASSAGE TIME IS 1 HR (60 MIN). 
Spiritually grounded, clinically based, structure specific solution oriented massage for Pain Relief, Injury Rehab, Healing Support and Deep Relaxation.

My work is slower, and as such a 1 hr full body massage is more of a general massage. IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE TARGETED AREAS OF TREATMENT FOR PAIN RELIEF PURPOSES + A FULL BODY MASSAGE, PLEASE BOOK A 1.5 HOUR SESSION.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Wear (or bring) active wear that's comfortable and easy to move in. I frequently do a combo session (massage on bare skin + clothed treatment work). Each treatment session is customized to each client and their goals.

I am trained and experienced massaging from conception to delivery and beyond. Massage during pregnancy is safe in ALL trimesters unless you are high risk and your doctor recommends against it. For later stage pregnancy, the entire session can be done with you lying on your side or you can be semi-reclined for a third and on each side for a third. I use pillows and supportive bolsters. 

Rate is all inclusive with no expectation of tipping and includes 90 minutes of hands on/massage time + intake time + time to dress and check out. Please allow up to 1 hr, 45 min--2 hr for total appointment time.

Problem Solving Therapeutic Lomi Massage is wonderful during all stages of pregnancy to help relieve any stress and discomfort you may be experiencing. Comforting warm stone spot treatments for those stubborn tense areas, gentle movement / stretching, warm towels and energy healing therapy may be used as needed to help you reach your goals. Everything’s included in session cost, there are never any add-on fees or up-charges.

GENERAL POSITIONING
(exceptions may need to be made)
Weeks 1 - 13: no special positioning needed.
Weeks 14 - 22: small pillow added under right side when on back.
Weeks 23 - 40: side-lying and semi-reclined (head/torso elevated).
*Side-lying in all stages of pregnancy is very beneficial for working the glutes (buttocks), hips and low back to relieve muscle tension and/or sciatic pain.

NOTE: if intake form is not filled out prior to your first appointment, this may cut into your massage time.
