Payment and Booking:

A credit/debit card is required to reserve your appointment, but you won’t be charged until after your session. Payment methods: Cash (exact amount only), Discover, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or HSA/FSA. Personal checks are not accepted.

Military personnel, first responders, healthcare workers, and LMTs receive the member rate. Please mention it at checkout.

Insurance:

PIP (Personal Injury Protection) due to being injured in a car accident is accepted and billed (3rd party claims not accepted).
TriWest for Veterans is accepted and billed with a proper authorization and referral from the VA.
Superbills are available for other insurances so that you can receive reimbursement. Ability to receive reimbursement depends on your individual insurance company and plan.
No other health insurance is accepted at this time.
