Poulsbo Healing Oasis 

2.5 hr session* of hands on targeted therapeutic lomilomi massage therapy and intentional Reiki energy healing + light weaving and chakra balancing to help you feel better fast. This includes any and all tools at my disposal depending on preferences and needs. In addition to the bodywork and energy healing therapy, these sessions may include, hot towels, heat packs, warm bamboo and stones, IASTM (instrument assisted tissue mobilization), stretching, PNF, breath work/visualization, tuning forks, singing bowls, intention setting and pule (Hawaiian blessing in the spirit of aloha).
