Description
Medical Treatment Massage due to auto accident injury (PIP). Proper referral and Rx by a licensed medical professional is required. With proper paperwork I will bill the auto insurance company for you. Treatment in this massage session will only consist of the areas specifically indicated in the medical Rx (prescription). Please Note: Most insurance cases are limited to 60 min sessions. The appointment time includes check-in and check out as well as the actual treatment time. Medical treatment is not eligible for discounts or price negotiation. $48.75 per 15 min unit.
