I intentionally set the dates for this time of year as it tends to be a difficult time for many energetically. Go into those family gatherings with ease and energetic protection this year and shine!

This class is especially helpful for healthcare or service workers, but wonderful techniques for anyone to learn, particularly for highly sensitive people and those who feel drained after being around certain people or places. Learn effective easy, everyday energy self-care practices to create strong energetic boundaries and help keep you grounded. You don't need to be affected by the energy and moods of people around you.

I'll be flowing healing energies to all in attendance during the class. We'll do some guided meditation, practice feeling each others energy, energetic exercises such as creating strong, effective energetic boundaries for your person and physical spaces. You'll also go home with recordings and info to keep developing your personal practice on your own. Free follow up email support is also provided after the class.

A 75 min session personalized to you and your individual circumstances and goals. It will include easy exercises to feel, flow and manage your personal energy; how to create protective energetic grids for your personal space; a follow up recorded meditation personalized for you and Reiki energy healing.

75 min Energy Self-Care Basics

Reiki Energy Healing helps you feel more relaxed, balanced and clear minded, helping to relieve stress, anxiety, pain and bothersome symptoms of chronic conditions.  Reiki assists in the healing process after or before surgery and so much more. Treatment is performed with client fully clothed, laying down or sitting. Hands will be placed on or over different areas of the body while helping to improve and balance the flow of universal energy throughout your body and energy centers (chakras). Please book a 90 or 120 min if you'd like a combo Reiki/massage session.

75 min Reiki Energy Healing - New Client

HANDS ON MASSAGE TIME IS 90 MIN. Rate is all inclusive with no expectation of tipping and includes 90 minutes of hands on/massage time and 10-15 min intake + time to dress and check out. Please allow 1 hr, 45 min--2 hr for total appointment time.

Hot stone, warm bamboo, IASTM, Gua Sha, movement / stretching, hot towels and energy healing therapy may be used as needed to help you reach your goals. Everything’s included in session cost, there are never any add-on fees or up-charges.

90 min Therapeutic Lomi Massage + 15 min intake- New Client (1 hr, 45 min)

HANDS ON/MASSAGE TIME IS 90 MIN. I am trained and experienced massaging from conception to delivery and beyond. Massage during pregnancy is safe in all trimesters unless you are high risk and your doctor recommends against it. For later stage pregnancy, the entire session can be done with you lying on your side or you can be semi-reclined for a third and on each side for a third. I use pillows and supportive bolsters. 

Rate is all inclusive with no expectation of tipping and includes 90 minutes of hands on/massage time 10-15 min intake + time to dress and check out. Please allow 1 hr, 45 min--2 hr for total appointment time.

Problem Solving Therapeutic Lomi Massage is wonderful during all stages of pregnancy to help relieve any stress and discomfort you may be experiencing. Comforting warm stone spot treatments for those stubborn tense areas, gentle movement / stretching, warm towels and energy healing therapy may be used as needed to help you reach your goals. Everything’s included in session cost, there are never any add-on fees or up-charges.

*Side-lying in all stages of pregnancy is very beneficial for working the glutes (buttocks), hips and low back to relieve muscle tension and/or sciatic pain.

This is not intended as a 60 min massage membership. This is an energy healing membership in which you may add A LITTLE massage. There becomes a point where you will be asked to switch to a 90 min massage membership if the massage is more than the energy work received. Thank you for your understanding. I find 90 min is the min time to receive full benefit for my lomilomi massage sessions.

In-home gentle massage / comfort care

This is the minimum charge for a group booking – 120 min/2 hours provided service. Therapist will arrive 20-30 min before contracted start time to set up. This rate includes travel fee for locals, although there may be an additional travel fee depending on your location.

This is fully clothed massage , but it’s NOT chair massage. I bring my portable table and provide fully clothed therapeutic lomi massage to participants in 15 min and up increments (depending on your preferences).

There must be a clear area big enough to set up the table. 7 ft x 11 ft or larger space for me to work in.
