Description
3 hr session of hands on targeted lomi massage therapy and intentional Reiki energy healing to help you feel better fast. Any and all tools at my disposal may be included depending on preferences and needs. In addition to the bodywork and energy healing therapy, these sessions may include, hot towels, heat packs, warm bamboo and stones, gua sha, stretching, PNF, breath work/visualization, intention setting and pule (Hawaiian blessing in the spirit of aloha).
