Medical Treatment Massage due to auto accident injury (PIP). Proper referral by a licensed medical professional is required. With proper paperwork and a medical referral I will bill the auto insurance company for you. Treatment in this massage session will only consist of the areas specifically indicated in the medical referral. Please Note: the 90 minutes includes check-in and check out as well as the actual treatment time. *Delayed billing is not eligible for payment at time of service discount.-
