Learn to massage anyone, ANYTIME & ANYWHERE. This is a very valuable skill that will serve you well both professionally and personally. The recipient may sit on a sofa, a kitchen chair, a wheel chair, an office chair, a stool, a bench, another surface, and/or they may lie on the floor. Great to use with paying clients and family, friends or community members who are hurting. Each massage stroke is structure specific and done with intention to produce specific clinical results and relief from pain and / or limited ROM. These are also great teaching tools to share with clients to extend their relief in between sessions.
